Training
All Vehicle sales representatives must complete a rigorous 3 month initial training program which includes one week of classroom sessions to cover the basic processes and selling skill development followed by ongoing product and skill development sessions.   All sales representatives participate in ongoing weekly training sessions as well as accessing online training and video resources from General Motors and other third party training organizations. Sales techniques and experience are developed dealing with customers with the assistance of our experienced Sales management team.

Management
