Under the supervision of the Assistant Controller, this position is
responsible for Vehicle Deal Processing of new and used sales , as well as
commissioning .
Responsibilities include but not limited to ;
. Process New and Used Vehicles sales and related duties
. Ensure that correct payments are received
. Verify that sales documentation is complete (i.e., signatures, appraisals
on trades, dealer install options, etc.)
. Prepare receipts for vehicle sales from New and Used Sales Departments
. Prepare and remit payout; print cost sheets for commissioning
. Post manufacturer vehicle invoices and Dealer Trade invoices
. Post funding received from financial institutions/companies
Ensure associated schedules are properly maintained
