Automotive Internet Sales
Boundary Ford is looking for an Internet sales professional in its fast-growing internet department.
Responsibilities:
- Reports directly to the Marketing Manager
- Manage all sales activity generated from our internet sales department
- Maintain the follow up process perfectly
- Oversee and Manage all aspects of departmental daily operation
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with both potential and existing customers
- Increase department performance and productivity
- Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers
- Be available to respond to email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner
- Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection
- Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
- Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
Requirements
- Superior communication and customer service skills
- Excellent telephone skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with other
- Professional demeanor with respect to dress, speech, behavior
- Working knowledge of the sales process and familiarity with automotive financing
- Solid computer, internet and social media skills
- Prior Dealership internet sales department experience required
- Candidate must have AMVIC
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Gmail
- Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be available evenings and weekends
